Key Responsibilities:
Lead the electrical aspects of commercial Solar PV installations, ensuring systems are set up efficiently and safely.
Read and interpret electrical diagrams, performing installations according to design specifications.
Connect Solar PV systems to the grid, ensuring compliance with UK standards.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and optimal system installations.

We are looking for a highly experienced, ambitious and driven area sales manager to unlock the huge potential presented by the UK renewable energy transition. You will develop and manage your own pipeline of commercial and industrial prospects, assisted by our experienced technical teams to optimize tailored energy solutions for their sites to maximise value both for your customers and RenEnergy.
You will need to be confident in relaying and explaining technical concepts to a range of seniorities and technical competencies within your customers business. Being able to understand all the possible applications and limitations of our product offerings is crucial to delivering successful projects, so a motivation to learn about new technology is essential.
Your primary focus will be securing orders for self-funded capital projects. However, restricted budgets and expensive debt financing can delay projects as businesses need to reprioritise. To counter this, RenEnergy has developed an innovative, fully funded renewable energy and EV charging infrastructure solution that allows businesses to reduce their operating costs, future proof for the EV charging revolution and contribute to their Net Zero ambitions without any upfront financial investment.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and manage your own pipeline of prospects;
Identify and prioritise target markets and industries for commercial solar installations;
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including commercial property owners, developers and decision makers;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customised solar solutions tailored to clients’ needs;
Lead presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business partnerships;

During a period of unprecedented growth and development in our client base and pipeline, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar PV Design Lead to join a well-developed team in East Anglia. In support of the Design Director, the Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design and engineering aspects of our commercial and utility scale solar PV and BESS projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful development, design and execution of clean energy projects across the UK and mainland Europe.

Key responsibilities include:
Manage the Design team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication within the team and across departments;
Alongside the Design Director, oversee the design process from project conception to construction;

Work closely with Sales, Operations and Consultancy colleagues as well as external partners to integrate solar PV projects seamlessly into the existing infrastructure and grid network;

Collaborate with procurement teams to source high quality components and materials for solar PV installations, maintaining cost control without compromising quality;
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and advancements in solar design, integrating innovative solutions into project development where applicable.
About you:
Bachelors degree in engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field, Masters is a plus;
Proven experience (5+ years) in designing commercial and utility scale projects, including system layout, electrical design and equipment selection;
Strong knowledge of solar PV technologies, grid integration and relevant regulations in the UK and mainland Europe;
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PV-sol and other industry or product specific tools;
Experience of managing people and driving project success;
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders;
Results -oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

You will be responsible for implementing the delivery of medium to large scale solar PV projects and ensure that milestones and key deliverables are achieved throughout a project’s deliverable life cycle. You will ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality in both technical achievement and Health and Safety.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading solar projects from contract award through to client handover
Developing project programmes, monitoring progress and reporting to both the Company directors and your clients
Setting up contracts with the supply chain, negotiating terms and briefing Directors
Ensuring PV installations are completed by sub-contractors within the programme schedule and budgets as per contract
Confident delivery of briefing and coordinating activities on contracts
Ensuring compliance of quality and safety of works at all times
Effectively managing multiple sites and respective Site Managers
Continuously monitoring and maintaining excellent levels of H&S on site
Creating and reviewing RAMS, CPPs and other H&S documentation
Being fully responsible for the daily operations of the project delivery team
Accurate and regular reporting of project performance
Attending and report on meetings throughout the project(s)
Procuring subcontract labour, materials and ancillary items where necessary in line with company policy and limits of authority
At project completion, providing a detailed review of performance against budget, identifying areas for improvement
Undertaking site surveys and inspections as required

Job Description:

As we continue to grow and expand our Site Operations team, we are seeking experienced Installlers to join our team and help take our delivery capabilities to the next level.
A solar panel installer will be responsible for installing and servicing solar panels on commercial and utilities buildings and land to ensure they efficiently convert solar power into renewable energy. Full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
Fit commercial and industrial solar PV systems on various types of buildings, roof types, ground arrays and car ports.
Install mounting brackets, rails and panels on pitched & flat roofs, ground mounted systems and solar carports.
Assist with the running of cables, trunking, conduit and cable trays.
Aid the electricians in running cables, connecting isolators and assist in installing batteries.
Assist in all aspects of the installation of PV panels on the ground, roof and carports.
Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
Using a variety of technical equipment and tools.
About you:
We are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience:
Previous experience of commercial and utilities installation or engineering is desirable.
Must be able to work at height and working outside.
Must have an understanding of site H&S and CDM requirements.
Good practical skills in use of hand & power tools.
Must have a full, clean driver’s license.
Ability to build relationships.
Self-starter, motivated and willingness to learn new skills.

You will oversee and manage direct and sub-contract labour on site and make sure each individual has the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks and ensure they perform their duties effectively and in compliance with industrial health and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
Being fully responsible for the daily operations of the site team.
Continuously monitoring and maintaining excellent levels of Health & Safety and quality on site.
Ensuring construction is carried out as per design, following plans and specifications.
Identifying materials and equipment that may be required whilst carefully adhering to the Bill of Materials.
Managing direct and sub-contractor labour and the day to day running of the site.
Organising tools, plan, machinery and materials along with the Project Manager.
Accurate and regular reporting of project performance to the Project Manager and client.
Maintaining detailed and accurate site reports.
Undertaking site inspections as required.
About you:
We are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience:
Proven track record of leading a team.
Proven experience in construction and site management, experience in renewable industry would be advantageous.
Ability to read and interpret electrical designs from specifications and surveys
Robust understanding of first aid, site H&S and CDM requirements and a demonstrable understanding of current legislation and regulations
Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Qualification.
Experience in groundworks would be advantageous
The ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets.
Excellent organizational, team working and communication skills are essential
Ability to manage and maintain positive client relationships.

We are seeking a skilled commercial electrician to play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance and repair of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. You will have a strong background in commercial and utilities electrical work, a passion for renewable energy and a commitment to safety.
Key responsibilities include:
Install solar PV systems, including panels, inverters and battery storage units in line with technical design specifications and according to industry standards and regulations.
Ensure all installations comply with UK electrical standards IET Wiring Regulations) and health and safety standards.
Maintain up to date knowledge or industry technologies and legislation.
Continuously monitoring and maintaining excellent levels of H&S on site.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines, system performance and maintenance needs.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation for installations, maintenance and repairs including compliance checks.
Assist with the completion of necessary paperwork for permits and grid connection applications.
About you:
We are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
17th/18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations Certificate
Experience in Solar PV installation desirable.
Strong understanding of commercial and utilities electrical systems and safety protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
Must have a full, clean UK Drivers License.
Must have a ECS Gold Card
